The general impression of the rooms reflects severe wear and tear although the hotel is not old, it is much appreciated by families from east Europe and China, the manners of the majority of guests are very low, did not feel comfortable within the crowds, dresscodes advised by the hotel are being totally ignored, next time I will look for a better class of hotel.

Most importantly, the hotel’s location was exceptional, and it was very clean. Every part of the hotel — from the rooms to the public areas — was spotless. The staff provided excellent service, the breakfast was great, the steak restaurant was excellent, and the beautiful view of the Gulf of Thailand from the upper floors was absolutely amazing.

A quick drive to Ocean Marina, we can actually see our boat from the room. Nice & clean room with lots of amenities. The area is nicer than Pattaya, it is quite and the beach is more private.

Pillows are not comfortable.

Room function, cleanliness, nice view and good services

The hotel offered a very comfortable stay, which was perfect for traveling with children. The room was thoughtfully arranged and cleaned meticulously. I appreciated the two breakfast options: the premium breakfast avoided queues and was flexible—allowing late arrivals—while the larger, more varied buffet on another floor provided great variety. This thoughtful design really enhanced our experience.

One thing that stood out is that the exceptional attention from the team at the beginning of our stay gradually faded towards the end. I would have appreciated it if the warm engagement had been maintained throughout our visit.

Location is a bit far from everything. I stayed in Na Jomtien many times, so I thought I know the area. But although this is Na Jomtien, it's actually on the far side... about 6 kilometer from Jomtien beach.It's not too bad, also part of the "magic of the place" to be in isolated resort. But just for you to know.

Hotel is at cozy location with exceptional service and enjoyable amenities. We do enjoy our time here.The front dest staff Mr. Simon is very attentive and helpful,thank you for making our stay more enjoyable.

disappointed that there was no mango for breakfast everyday.

Our room feels old & out dated. The floor was peeling off..the bathroom was also old & dated...need remodeling...we probably won't recommend it & will not be staying there again

The view from the room was amazing, everyday fresh mineral water, shuttle service to the city is available but just 2 times per day

It is out of the city without taxi or shuttle no chance to explore , restaurant in the hotel a bit pricey

Beach front, big swimming pool & beautiful view from the room. Breakfast is great. Many things activities for adults & children to do. There is a fire show on weekend too.

All facilities are good, but they are located in different floors. You have to use / change lifts all the time. A bit wasting time waiting for lifts.

Love that its convenient walking distance to go to the beach and swimming

the hotel is far too busy. the public spaces don’t cater for the number of people. far too few sun lounges, not enough space a breakfast. food and drinks were overpriced. I would say it it priced too high for the experience.

The view from the hotel room was really wonderful and the restaurant was excellent.

Breakfast was very average, the outdoor area was shabby, damaged astro turf, did not have a the feel of a luxury hotel.Overpriced rooms too, we expected much more. Pillows were very lumpy and we were brought more lumpy pillows when we asked to swap them. No attention to detail given to the furnishings in the rooms, rooms felt very cheap and sparse.
